International applicants

We welcome applications from people on working holiday visas to work with us for 3 to 4 months during our winter season. Australia now has working holiday arrangements with 22 countries for people aged 18-30 yrs. If you hold a USA passport, there is a work and holiday visa available to anyone who has a high school diploma. Check out the Australian Immigration website  www.immi.gov.au  for more information regarding working in Australia.

To work at Thredbo your visa must be valid for the period of employment required, generally late June through to mid September and you will need to supply (within 28 days of employment) a Tax File Number to verify your visa.  Kosciuszko Thredbo is not able to make any offers of employment unless the applicant has secured his/her own visa. Proof of eligibility is required at interview.  If you are successful, we recommend you have your own medical insurance to cover your period of employment with us.
